Sanford Sports' Ben Berg Baseball Academy is hosting a five week Hitting League this Winter for athletes between the ages of 10 and 15. This league is designed to give baseball athletes the opportunity to expand their skills in a positive and competitive environment.
Help your elementary, middle or high school student prepare for the upcoming baseball season with fundamental skills training in hitting, pitching and fielding. Your student will learn from Sanford POWER’s Head of Baseball Skill Development, Lane Hanzel, and work alongside coaching staff from Bismarck State College and the University of Mary.

Ben Berg spent his high school years training with Sanford Sports and was especially involved with our baseball academy. Ben was tragically lost in a hunting accident in 2016. We honor his legacy along with his parents, Carrie and Jim Berg. Our mission to him and his family is to provide the best facility, training and resources to athletes of all ages. We’re here to unlock your baseball potential.
With over 10,000 square feet of field turf, two drop-down batting cages, portable pitching mounds and multiple nets, our baseball academy can empower every aspect of your game.
We offer three skills training sessions: hitting, pitching and defensive or fielding. Each session will last six weeks. Athletes can participate in one session or all three.
